Anxiety is something we all experience at one time or another.
I believe anxiety is misdirected energy.
Energy that needs to be used to solve a problem is stuck in a loop within us.
Causing turbulence. Creating suffering and stagnation in our life.
If we pause just for a moment within our anxiety, take a breath.
Disrupt the misdirected energy, it will redirect into a more productive space.
Instead of holding anxiety about the future, focus on the now.
Instead of focusing on the past, bring your energy and awareness to the present moment.
It’s ok to have anxiety, but to come out brings relief.
Be willing to let go, lighten the load!
